We purchase seasonal fish from all over the country and arrange them in a well-balanced sashimi platter. Five types of freshly caught fresh fish platter (five types of carefully selected fresh fish) / Fisherman's platter of freshly caught fresh fish (straw-grilled bonito + six types of fresh fish) / Three types of small sashimi platter (two slices of each type) *We also have seasonal sashimi as individual items!
