- Situated in the ski resort town of Hakuba-mura, Matsunoki-tei is a 4-minute walk from Tsugaike Kogen Lift. It provides public baths, a ski storage service, and rooms with free internet access.
- The property is an 8-minute drive from Hakuba Norikura Onsen Ski Resort. JR Hakuba-Oike Station and Hakuba Iwatake Ski Resort are within a 15-minute drive away.
