- Hakuba Meteor Lodge is a 13-minute drive from JR Hakuba Station, and a 2-way shuttle is provided. It offers barbecue facilities, free parking and free Wi-Fi access.
- The Lodge is a 7-minute ride from the Hakuba Museum and a 10-minute drive from Happou One Ski Field. There is a shuttle to various skiing places around the Hakuba area, and the schedule can be requested from the front desk.
- Guest rooms offer both air conditioning and heating facilities. Each is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom comes with a bathtub.
- Lodge Hakuba Meteor has hairdryers, a microwave, a toaster, an IH cooking heater, an electric kettle, a fridge, plates, glasses, and cutleries. There are shared kitchens in both the annex building and the main building.
- Breakfast and dinner are served in the dining room. An advance reservation will be required to enjoy these meals.
