Our restaurant has been in business for 21 years and offers Japanese black beef, which has been carefully raised on our own farm, at reasonable prices. We also focus on local production and consumption, offering fresh "highland vegetables" sourced directly from farmers, as well as sake, wine, and whiskey from Yamanashi Prefecture.
