We offer a variety of dishes using local ingredients, with a focus on order-cut steaks made with Yonezawa beef. You can choose from 80g of rare cuts that you normally can't eat, which change daily. We have passed strict inspections for beef sashimi and raw food processing, which is now very rare, and are now able to offer it. How about some of the finest raw beef as sashimi or yukhoe?
