Special double soup. We only offer ramen and tsukemen!! The owner wants to "serve what he can make himself", so Marunaga offers two menu items, soy sauce-based ramen and tsukemen. The soup, made with Japanese-style stock such as bonito and dried sardines, retains the fishy taste and aroma until the last bowl, making it delicious. It's an excellent soup that you'll want to drink down to the last bowl. We are open after midnight, so if you feel like eating ramen after a drinking party or after work, please come to our restaurant. We look forward to seeing you.
