The recommended "Mamushi Gozen" is a Kansai-style unadon with eel grilled until crispy on the outside. By baking it unglazed, you can fully enjoy the concentrated flavor. We also offer a variety of other dishes, such as "Shirayaki" served with wasabi soy sauce and our specialty rice porridge "Uzofusui."
