JCII Camera Museum

It is s a camera museum where you can learn the history, masterpiece models, and the allure of cameras. In the permanent exhibition, you will find 300 or more Japan-made cameras selected as ”historic cameras.” The museum also exhibits items such as model cameras that are vertically cut in half, skeleton models that you can see the inside parts of, and unique cameras that are disguised as juice cans or walking canes. Also, the contents of special exhibitions are changed 3 or 4 times a year, and a different thematic exhibition about cameras in each period is offered. It sometimes exhibits precious masterpieces collected from all over the world. The schedule for the special exhibition needs to be checked before you visit.
