Many of the Japanese dishes served at the property feature fish including sashimi raw fish. Please inform the property if you have any food allergies or dietary needs at least 3 days before the arrival date.

Breakfast and/or dinner, including meals for children may be prepared if requested at least 3 days prior to the check-in date.

Meals or rooms cannot be guaranteed for unexpected extra guests upon arrival. In order to confirm meals and lodging for extra guests, please indicate the number of extra guests in the special request box at the time of booking.

Futon mats will be prepared according to the number of guests on your booking confirmation. Please indicate the correct number of guests staying at the time of booking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
