Founder of "Simply Oishii Wagashi School" / Representative of the Japan Wagashi Global Promotion Association Located in Meguro Ward, Tokyo, she runs a Wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets) cooking class specifically for international visitors. Drawing on her 14 years of experience living in the UK and the US, she has developed popular original recipes designed to make traditional Wagashi easy to recreate in homes around the world. She offers English lessons tailored to modern lifestyles and diverse dietary needs, including "Nerikiri" made easily with a microwave, as well as Vegan and Gluten-free options. Her classes provide a fail-proof experience where beginners can enjoy Japan’s "Kawaii" culture and traditional flavors.
