At the Disaster Reduction and Human Renovation Institution, the goals are to spread the word about the lessons of the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and how to minimize risk and damage in the future. To prevent the same disasters from happening again, DRI disseminates wisdom and knowledge in an easy-understanding manner and offers activities that are useful for creating disaster-resistant cities and communities and the efforts that help us prepare ourselves.
